1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Where USDT TRC20 is used, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by jl978. Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings under applicable Philippine tax law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms associated with each individual promotion:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game.

jl978's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl978 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl978 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access. In the event of a dispute between you and jl978, you should first contact jl978 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jl978 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within ten (10) Philippine business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
